Alternative financing is financing provided by a source other than a bank, a private party or an investor. These sources are considered traditional financing options. The traditional loan and financing options include conditions that require set payments and payback times. They also require that business owners meet strict credit requirements before they qualify for a traditional business loan or traditional business financing.

Although we at Conquest, Inc. (Conquest) can often provide alternative financing to those who do not qualify for traditional financing options. Our qualifying requirements are broader and easier, making Conquest the preferred alternative financing program.

We consider our products to be an alternative financing option because we do not offer business loan products. We are not a traditional bank. The working capital we fund is not “paid back” using a traditional method such as submitting a payment coupon or a withdrawal from a bank account.

At Conquest, we specialize in offering alternative financing to small businesses. As a business financing alternative, our alternative financing programs offer business owners more flexibility, freedom and expediency that traditional business lenders often can not provide.

We are not in direct competition with traditional lenders because our alternative financing products are quite different. One of the differences is that the capital is not borrowed, instead, it is purchased by our company at a discount rate, quite similar factoring. Another way in which we differ from the traditional institutions is that we do not require that the business owners have a specific purpose or use for the funds. As long as the money is used for a genuine business purpose, we are able to offer an alternative financing program in most cases.

As an alternative financing company, there are instances in which our products are not the right choice. Some larger businesses and franchises may be better working with traditional banks rather than alternative financing companies. However, we are always willing to take the time to help business owners that are interested in our alternative financing programs regardless of how large or small their venture may be.
